We invite you to a special service of reflection and remembrance.
Together we’ll take time to honour those we have loved and lost and find comfort in shared hope. All are welcome.

Join us this Remembrance Sunday, on 9th November 2025, as we come together to remember and reflect. We’ll begin at 10:45am with an Act of Remembrance on The Green in Mereside, followed by a family lunch at Freedom Church at 12:30pm. Then at 1:30pm, we’ll gather for an All Age Service back at the church.
Movie Night- Sister Act
Friday 14th November 7-9:30pm
Come and join us for a Free Movie Night! We’ll be starting at 7pm, and there’ll be popcorn and refreshments provided — so just bring yourself and enjoy a relaxed evening together. The film is Sister Act (PG) — a fun classic the whole family can enjoy!
Movie Night- The Lion, The Witch & The Wardrobe
Wednesday 19th November 6:30-9pm
Join us for a special Movie Night as we watch The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe! We’re showing this film to kick off our upcoming Advent Course, but don’t worry — you’re very welcome to come along even if you’re not planning to do the course. It’s a great chance to enjoy a lovely evening together, relax, and get into the spirit of the season.
The Ultimate Getaway Quiet Morning
Sunday 23rd November 10-2pm
Join us for The Ultimate Getaway, a peaceful morning designed to help you relax, explore faith, and rediscover yourself. Enjoy breakfast beforehand and lunch before Holy Communion as you take time to pause and reconnect with what truly matters in a calm, welcoming setting. To reserve your place, please speak to Elaine or one of the volunteers.
Advent Course- The Lion, The Witch & The Wardrobe
Wednesdays 26th November-17th December 7-8:30pm
Running on Wednesdays from 26th November to 17th December, we’ll explore themes of hope, courage, and redemption from C.S. Lewis’s beloved story and how they connect with Advent. The course follows our Movie Night the week before, when we’ll be showing the film — but you’re welcome to come even if you can’t make that!
Christmas Craft Night

Get into the festive spirit and join us for a Christmas Craft Evening!Enjoy a relaxed evening of creativity, conversation, and Christmas cheer as we make some lovely festive crafts together. No experience needed — just bring your enthusiasm! Tickets cost £5, Everyone’s welcome — it’s the perfect way to start the Christmas season!
