Freedom Centre

The building which the church meets in is also a community hub. We have a café and charity shop which are open 5 days a week almost all year round! Both the charity shop and café rely on our awesome volunteers to keep running. We wouldn't know what to do without them. But we always need more help, please get in touch here if you are looking for any volunteering opportunities. 

Martha's Kitchen
Our café serves good food and great coffee at reasonable prices. Every week we have different specials to tuck into.
Also, if you are struggling, we have a "pay it forward board" which has some free items available. But anyone can get a brew and a piece of toast if you need it! 

Second Chance Charity Shop
Get ready to find yourself a bargain! We have all sorts available in our charity shop - electricals, clothes, bedding, furniture. All reasonably priced and different things every week. We welcome donations too. Pop down and have a rummage for a good deal. 

Room Hire
Got an event coming up and you need a place to have it? Did you know we take room bookings? Our hall is £10 an hour with a £50 deposit. We have some decorations available at an extra cost plus we my be able to offer catering. Please fill in our contact form here if you would like to hear more.

Events
We have regular events which are surplus to our regular weekly activities. In May 2023 we had a fun dog show! Lots of dogs rocked up and joined in - it was such good fun that it may be an annual event! Watch this space! We also have regular fun fairs. These tend to have stalls, games, food and fun!
